Lane will be leaving in about a week for training. He'll be gone 6 months :_:. I'm glad for him, but I'll sure miss him. We are suppose to be going to see Reno 911 together tonight and probably take a walk around the neighborhood.
On another note(s), I'm finally getting 5th season Buffy from Gamestop, Shadow Hearts 3 ending is on the horizon, and I re-watched part of the last episode of Firefly with Lane last night.

I'm not sure anyone actually reads this darn thing, but IN CASE they do, I want to announce that I am offering commissions of artwork.
It would be:
$5 for pencil line art (full body or head)
$10 for inked line art (full body or head)
$12 for inked and colored art (full body or head)
Can request more than one character but if you exceed three it is an extra 5 dollars per person (is that Nazi of me? Oh well ^_^)
For a colored pic With background: $25, because damn I hate backgrounds.
You will get original if you pay for shipping and handling OR I can just scan it and send it directly to you (it won't be put up online anywhere).
I ask as much as I do not because of narcissism but simply because it takes hours to do these and *shrugs* I might as well keep it at least near average pricing for decent pictures.
Besides, if you ask for a commission I'll be really happy and draw you a free chibi as well! ~ ^_^

I think I am slowly improving, but improving nonethless. Inking and coloring are a grueling process. I'd rather be using a wacom tablet and coloring on photoshop, but no job=no wacom=learn to use markers.
Scrubs is hilarious, I like a lot of the cast. Cox, Turk, and Kelso are my favorite.
I wonder if there are Scrubs fanart? Probably, but dare I check?

Good to be back

It's been awhile since I posted anything or got something scanned...it's good to be back! My computer is giving us at home a hard time, but it is functioning.
In other news, Pan's Labyrinth should be showing next week according to the incredibly-not-intrested movie clerk at United Artists Cinema. I'm looking forward to it a lot, it's got that dark visual flair in it in the previews that reminds me of Mirror Mask and a little of the 80's fantasy movie genre (Return to Oz). That kind of movie makes me want to run into the woods and fall into a different world. It's what girls do you know...fall into other worlds. Worlds of monsters, of men, or combinations of the two.
Speaking of worlds to fall into, I need to draw more.
